Across each level of instruction, you’ll learn valuable skills that will help you level up your Quantum Metric know-how.
Mastering the Basics of Quantum Metric
These courses focus on using features of Quantum Metric like dashboards, journeys, heatmaps & FelixAI to identify areas of friction and opportunity to improve your digital experience. Courses in this track are intended for those new to Quantum Metric or who are not yet comfortable with the products showcased in each course.
Advanced Analytics
Ready to dive deeper? We’re excited to offer three courses that help you go beyond the basics and uncover deep insights that drive action. Courses in this track will help you leverage things like custom metrics across dashboards and interactions and learn how to level-up your alerts with dimensional alerting and reporting.
Data and Configuration
Looking for something a little more “technical”? Courses in this track will focus on how you can configure your Quantum Metric subscription, events and more to set your teams up for success. We’ll cover topics including increasing data parity between systems, leveraging AI to create detailed events at scale and using the Felix API to enhance user attributes.

How should I plan my travel to Quantum LEAP?
Flight: Attendees will fly into either Dallas Fort Worth International airport or Dallas Love Field Airport.
- LEAP ticket holders should arrive in time to check in before the Welcome Reception at 5:00 pm on Wednesday, March 4.
- QMU + LEAP ticket holders should plan outgoing travel after QMU concludes at 1:00 pm on Friday, March 6.
